The year is ending with one of the best scientific studies: Chocolate helps your brain function better. People who eat chocolate at least once a week perform better on multiple cognitive tasks, research finds. The study — covering 30 years — was one of the first to link regular chocolate consumption over the long-term with higher brain performance.
