Where you eat is almost as important as what you eat. Forty-one percent of Americans munch in front of the TV and that can do some serious damage. Studies have shown that people often overeat while watching TV, probably because they’re distracted. Another downside: You don’t get the psychological benefits of sitting down and truly enjoying your food.
