According to Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz, “On Tuesday, May 14, 2024, narcotics detectives obtained information from a confidential source that was selling marijuana and illegal THC vapes. Detectives were able to obtain a narcotics search warrant for the business.” The owner of the business, was charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule I CDS (2 counts), illegal possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS (3 counts), and transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses.
