Rayne Police Chief Carroll Stelly said Jarvion Charles, 17, of Duson, was indicted by an Acadia Parish grand jury and will be tried as an adult in the armed robbery and murder of Harry Richard Jr., 36, of Rayne, on Dec. 31.
