Lemon is good for a cold.

A lemon-infused tea can soothe your symptoms if you’ve got the common cold. Medical researchers found that lemon tea is packed with vitamin C which is great for fighting a cold and sore throat. Relaxing with a cup of lemon tea may even speed up your recovery.

Another thing I have found is Hot Apple Cider; both go well with that stuff from Kentucky.
