You can literally jump for joy. If you want to rev your mood really fast, simply jump up and down a few times. Sounds silly, but a study found that because we associate jumping with joy, when you do it, you’re telling your brain “I’m happy” –prompting it to pump out mood-lifting chemicals to further boost how you feel.
