Jerry Reed

Today’s Country Legend was born March 20 in Atlanta

he and his sister spent seven years in foster homes or orphanages growing up.

By high school, Reed was already writing and singing music, having learned to play the guitar as a child.

Appeared in more than a dozen films.

inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in April 2017 by Bobby Bare.
