A fifth of Americans Experience Total Comfort

Only a fifth of Americans have experienced “true comfort” in the past 24 hours, according to a new survey. The poll reveals the average American only feels completely relaxed for about eight hours a day. The survey also reveals that taking a nap is the top way people find true comfort. This is followed by taking a walk outside and having a spa day.
