Walking is Good For You

According to the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, walking fewer than 10,000 steps daily is okay. Scientists analyzed data from a dozen studies involving more than 110,000 people and found that walking about 7,000 steps a day can help protect your heart, and walking 8,000 steps decreases the risk of early death from all causes. So, how many steps do you walk in a typical day?
