According to new research, you should avoid difficult family discussions from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Two Chicago psychologists determined that this two-hour window is the most stressful time because parents come off tension-filled workdays and kids are tired. The problem with this is that for a lot of people, 6 pm – 8 pm is normally when the family is finally together.
