In a bizarre chain of events Monday and Tuesday in Calcasieu Parish, a four-year-old boy was found dead in the water around the Vinton Vistors Bureau. On Tuesday, a Mother was arrested in Mississippi. Authorities then found a one-year-old in a ditch near the Vistors Bureau.
