The Lafayette Parks and Recreation Department will send two teams to the Junior NBA State Tournament in Plaquemines Parish on Saturday, April 6, 2024. While in the area, the players and parents will attend the Pelicans vs. San Antonio Spurs game on Friday night. Before departing for the tournament, the two teams will practice on Wednesday, April 3, at the Robicheaux Recreation Center at 6:30 p.m.
